What is your service area?
Our primary service area is the Chicago land area. We can also provide ground transportation service throughout Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Call for details and quotes (847) 470-8200.
Are you closed on any holidays?
No. We offer limo service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
We suggest reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability, for immediate service call us and we will do the best to assist you.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights arriving at O’Hare and Midway airports. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. You do need to call us if you are taking a different flight number.
Why do you ask for a credit card number when I make my reservation?
All reservations are subject to guaranteed payment.
Why will the driver ask for my credit card again, after I have given the information while making the reservation?
We do need an imprint and signature for all transactions paid with credit card.
How do I get a duplicate receipt?
Contact our accounting department at (847)8470-8200 and they can assist you.
Can I set up a direct billing account?
Yes. Please contact our accounting department at (847) 470-8200 for details and to request an application.
How much is standard gratuity?
Standard gratuity (the tip for the driver) is 20%.
My luggage is lost. What should I do?
Let us know that you arrived and your luggage is lost. Call our dispatch at (847) 470-8200.
I would like my chauffeur to meet me at the baggage claim. Do you offer this kind of service?
Yes, we do. You schedule an additional "Greet & Meet service" and our chauffeur will be waiting for you the baggage claim for you flight. This service is additional.
Do you have a lost and found department?
Yes. Please contact our customer service department at (847) 470-8200 between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Monday through Friday.
